[Job Requirements]

【 Qualifications 】
1. Bachelor""s degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering or related fields;
2. More than 5 years of relevant work experience is required, with priority given to work experience in design institutes.
3. Familiar with the knowledge of electrical engineering discipline, mastering professional knowledge in electrical design, electrical control, etc., possessing professional deepening ability in construction drawings, familiar with the selection, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
4. Having good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with other engineers and clients.

[Job Requirements]
1. Responsible for the analysis of intelligent IoT hardware products, feasibility assessment of hardware technology solutions, project initiation and subsequent R&D follow-up, and participation in technical and product pre research based on market demand;
2. Develop routes and technical strategies based on market competitors, provide hardware product research and development plans, and be responsible for sample production
3. Responsible for supplier selection and evaluation, as well as the selection of key components; Supplier communication.

【 Qualifications 】
1. Bachelor""s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communication, Automation or related majors, with at least 3 years of hardware research and development experience. Experience in IoT products is preferred
2. Proficient in component selection, with experience in hardware circuit design and debugging, preferred for industrial, commercial, and home IoT products;
3. Experience in developing IoT networking products, edge gateways, and other IoT related products is preferred;
4. A product manager with a technical background is preferred.

[Job Responsibilities]
1. Channel system construction
(1) Responsible for the regional channel network construction of the company""s educational products, and formulating diversified cooperation strategies such as distribution, agency, and retail.
(2) Develop strategic partners (such as education authorities, industry associations, design institutes, bidding agencies, enterprises, etc.) to jointly promote the implementation of solutions.
2. Ecological partner expansion
(1) Explore and integrate education industry chain resources (content service providers, technology providers, hardware manufacturers, etc.), and build an open ecological cooperation system.
(2) Lead the negotiation of cooperation agreements and design win-win cooperation models (such as joint research and development, traffic exchange, and resource pooling).
3. Whole life cycle management
(1) Establish a partner evaluation mechanism, screen high potential partners and provide training and operational support to promote the large-scale replication of cooperative projects.
(2) Monitor channel data (coverage, conversion rate, satisfaction), optimize cooperation processes, and develop risk response plans.
4. Exploration of innovative models
(1) Design innovative collaborative products and marketing plans based on industry trends such as underground pipeline leakage control, refined security management, and campus IoT construction.

[Job Requirements]
1. Experience background
(1) More than 3 years of experience in channel development or ecological cooperation in the education industry, with relevant industry resources, familiarity with educational informatization, Internet of Things and other scenarios preferred.
(2) Having successful cooperation cases (such as building a regional agent system and signing strategic cooperation agreements with top enterprises).
2. Core competencies
(1) Proficient in the entire process of channel development, mastering methodologies such as distribution, cooperation policy design, partner empowerment, and data-driven operations.
(2) Having excellent resource integration and business negotiation skills, able to quickly establish trust relationships among multiple parties such as government, enterprises, and institutions.
3. Bonus points
(1) Priority will be given to those who have cooperation resources with leading enterprises in the education industry, such as iFlytek, Zhengyuan Intelligence, Zhengfang Software, Century Chaoxing, or have customer relationships with universities.
